Therapeutic hour of psychotherapy (50 minutes)

A focused session designed to address your current challenges while building lasting resilience. Each therapeutic hour combines practical skill development with compassionate exploration, creating a safe space where high-achieving professionals and parents and children can transform emotional turbulence into solid stability.

A reduced fee agreement is available based on hardship.  The reduced fee agreement for individual therapy sessions is $100.
